this is it!

ok ladies!  i know its late and most of us are in the bed,but for those night owls like me, i got assignment for you,well i've been thinking we go thru so much heartache and pains as women that we tend to forget what makes us truely happy.So if you can take a deep breath, now focus your mind back to that one day in your whole entire lifetime that made you extremely happy.now this will take some of us a while to do but try and focus so you can remmember, then write it down,you can post it to this blog if you like,but make sure you write that most wonderful day down on paper,then tuck it away somewhere that you'll beable to locate the next time your feeling down,bored or angry.the reason being is that you dont have to actually live that day out physically,you can live it out mentally, i'll bet it will have you in better spirits.  to all my lovely glow chicks remmember  give a smile get a smile,the rewards of a warm smile is priceless!...................  GOODNITE  LADIES ............SMOOTCHEZ
